Sevilla to Ronda bus "STATION TEMPORARILY CLOSED"?!?

Hello fellow travelers,

Here's a new one for you...I have been lurking on the sinfe.net website, hoping to buy bus tickets for one segment of our trip to Spain this month. I've discovered that dates seem to open up about ten days ahead, which means that I'd need to buy the tickets for Sevilla to Ronda when we are in Madrid.

No problem, but I was hoping to get it done in advance, so I checked again tonight and received the error message: "Departure: Estacion cerrada temporalmente."

While I don't speak Spanish, I could figure that out, and google translate confirmed that it means the station is temporarily closed! Is that a bad translation, meaning that I just can't buy the tickets yet, or does it really mean "closed"?

Does anyone know why it's closed, or how long it is expected to be closed? Would it be wise to book train tickets, even though it's not the best way to get to Ronda from Sevilla?

I appreciate your help, as we leave in 6 days--thanks!

kimhe, you are so helpful! It looks like that message is gone now, with the message: No Services if I try to go more than 10 days ahead. So, I'll just be patient!

Should normally just be to turn up at the bus station some 20-30 min before departure and buy tickets. I think I've never experienced a sold out bus in Andalucia, but Sevilla - Ronda is of course a popular route.
