I would recommend your changing the location as le Comptoir is rather small, overly busy, and there is always a wait for tables. You'll need a bigger place. I might recommend la Rotonde (6th) or the Auberge de Venise (14th).
I particularly like the Auberge, lunch is always excellent at 15€ for entrée/plat and a glass of wine and they are generally not overly crowded. Of particular interest, long ago when the Auberge was called le Dingo, it is reported that Hemingway, who lived nearby on Notre Dame des Champs, first met F Scott Fitzgerald at the bar here. Fitzgerald stayed sufficiently long to become completely inebriated. Hemingway probably arrived inebriated.
Café du Commerce in the 15th would also be an interesting location for lunch.
Another suggestion with group seating in the 6th would be Polidor.
