www.veloloisirluberon.com was the start point; it has a diagram of the elevations and a list of cycle rental shops.They can arrange bag transfers ( though we carried ours) and one way rentals.
You can look out for voies vertes which are traffic free tracks. Google France will find them for you.
It is pretty straightforward once you remember that Sunday and Monday most commerces are closed.
