Sending luggages from Lux or Brussel to Germany

My husband and I will be on benelux trip and then to Germany. We don't want to carry big luggagues along the river cruises so we'd like to send luggages from Luxembourg or Brussel to Germany (heidelberg or munich preferably) by dropping and pick up at train station similar to Switzerland's SBB service. The closest information found http://bahn.com/i/view/overseas/en/prices/luggage/courier-luggage-rates.shtml but it's from Germany to Lux, not Lux to Germany.

Is it possible to send the luggages across the border?
