Can't find any mention of Seiffen, Germany and the nutcrackers made there on this site. Is it worth stopping there while driving from Dresden to Prague?

Depends on your interests. There are other places to see between Dresden and Prague also. If you're into the wooden Christmas (and Easter) items then it is certainly worth a stop. On the other hand, there are plenty of such shops in Dresden.
