Seeking climate information source - Europe

Hi! We're in the very early stages of planning another Western Europe trip for next spring. We have previously gone in late summer/fall, and now will have an opportunity to go in April or May.

I'm curious to find "normal" weather conditions in various areas of Italy and the UK counties.

I can find lots of "weather" information sites on the web that give a several day outlook from now, but where do I find average high/low temps by month for these countries? Any suggestions would be most welcome! Thanks!

I also am having trouble finding specific weather
information. It is easy enough to see the temperatures, but I wonder about humidity. We
are going to Monaco in two weeks - the temperatures
look great but will high humidity be a factor?
I hope someone can reply with a site that has
more complete weather info.
