seeking advice about Relais Bosquet apartment in Paris

My wife, daughter (17 yr. old) and I are planning 4-5 days in Paris next July, and while browsing through trip advisor, I came across this hotel which has a 1 bed-room apartment for rent.
Although we did not really consider an apartment for our stay, this one looks nice enough to think about, especially as it is both located near, and is affiliated with an apparently well- regarded hotel.

Can anyone advise as to whether an apartment in the 7 is a good alternative to a hotel for this short a period of time (we are all first timers to Paris) and whether anyone is familiar with this particular apartment, or has another well thought of recommendation.

As always, many thanks for any advice or recommendations.

By the way, we are hopeful of spending no more than 150E per day.

As we have done no real research yet in regards to any other alternatives,

Is this the apt you are talking about?

We have rented it for 12 days in Oct and agree with you that it looks nice and is in a good location. I have been corresponding with Frederica at the hotel and she has been very helpful.

We stayed at the Relais Bosquet a few months ago and anything affiliated with them must be just fine. I've looked at the apartment on-line and it looks really nice and a good alternative. Wish I would have thought to ask them to look at it, as I would be interested too. I can't say enough good things about Frederica and the staff at the Bosquet.
