Hi all,
I've got my reservations for the Secret Itineraries tour. However, can anyone tell me where I go to give my reservation number in order to purchase my tickets (saves me a long distance phone call to Italy!)? I would hate to stand in a very long line only to find out that I needed to go somewhere else to purchase my tickets because I already had a reservation. Leaving in 2 weeks!!!
Thanks!

Hi rj,

Go to the information desk about 20 min before your tour. Give them your reservation number.
They will then send you to the ticket desk.
The ticket desk will show you where to wait for the tour.
Bear in mind that the tour price includes entry to the usual parts of the palace too. Our tour was booked for 10.45, I think, but we got there as soon as it opened (9 ?) to look round the rest. It was much less busy then than when we returned to it after the tour.
