I would like to know what the car rental age is in Scotland? And if you have to be 25, does anyone know if it's possible to rent a car and what the fee is? Haha A lot of questions.

You'll be fine. Most agencies (but not all) will rent to folks as young as 21. Look at autoeurope.com to get a good idea about rates.
