Saver Fare vs Flexifare on Bahn.com

Hi, we are going from Goslar to Eisenach in Sept 16
The saver fare range from 29 to 39 E but the Flexifare (Flexpreis) range from 41 to 78 EUR. for one person
The saver fare range from 48 to 58 E for 2 persons
1)Is it correct that one person cost 29 E and 48E for 2 persons buying together at the ticket machine?
So each person only pays 24 E ?
2)Would the saver fare be still available if we just buy at the ticket machine 2 hrs before the journey?
What's the chance of getting the saver tickets this way ,maybe 30% chance ? Becuz we want to have flexible itinearary.
Or saver fare must be bought latest 1/7 or 1 hour before travel and ONLINE ONLY ??
3)l check for fare today 31/5/16 and notice some saver fare become even lower (18 to 25 E)few hrs before departure. So it means we can still buy saver fare at the ticket machine 2 hrs before departure ,is this correct ?
4)For promotion saver fare, the website states--Regional and local trains may not be used for starting and completing journeys.
https://www.bahn.com/i/view/GBR/en/p...-fare_19.shtml

But for The "Sparpreis" (saver fare for Germany) it states --
Regional connecting trains may be used before or after the long distance journey
https://www.bahn.com/i/view/GBR/en/p...rtickets.shtml

What is the difference between these 2 types of saver fare ??

Because this journey involves RB, ME, ICE, ERX which are regional trains ,correct ?

5)What does RB, ME, , ERX ,HEX stands for ?
l know RB is RegionalBahn.

Thank you very much

The discounted ICE / IC ticket for dep. Goslar 10:36 (48 E. for two) will, like any discounted ticket for long distance trains (ICE, IC, EC) certainly not be available 2 hours before departure. In all probability it will be sold out at least one week before. On the other hand, all tickets involving regional trains only are freely availabe till departure, e.g. for the train leaving Goslar at 10:05.

The promotion saver fare will be of no use to you, since all possible connections involve at least one regional train.

RE and RB are regional trains operated by the DB,
ME, HEX and ERX are regional trains operated by other carriers.
