Sant Arsenio Italy

I know this is a long shot but wondered if anyone has been to this town or has information about it? My mother and I are going to Naples in April and, in doing some research on her ancestors, we found out her family is from this town. If anyone knows anything about it and can share that would be great. The town is so small there is not a whole lot of info on the web.

Also, I assume the only way to get there from Naples would be to drive. I am a little leary about driving in Italy but think I could probably handle it. How bad is driving in Naples? And, would a car rental company guarantee me an automatic (can't drive a stick)?
