Not very realistic.
In late October, days have become considerably shorter, so you can do only so much.
On 26/10 I would skip the Untersberg. Although the Eagles Nest (its real name is Kehlstein) is not my preferred destination, it's OK. You may waste some time waiting for the (mandatory) bus from the Obersalzberg parking lot to the elevator, which brings you to the Kehlsteinhaus. The views are much grander from there than the Untersberg, thus my recommendation to skip same. If you want to have a great view and ride a gondola lift, skip the Kehlstein and take the the lift from the Koenigsee parking lot to the top of the Jenner. In any event, you better have a fallback Plan B in case the weather is not clear and the mountains are in the clouds or fog. Not sure there will be raft and canoe tours running in late October.
27/10
The Kitzsteinhorn is some distnce from Zell am See. You have to take a bus from Zell to Kaprun to get the lift to the glacier. Again, strictly a good weather trip. There are some discounted train tickets available. Check these out.
Is the Vienna Segway tour running in the dark?
to be so negative, but that's life.
