Salzburg on Sunday
Can anyone tell me if shops, restaurants, etc. are typically open in Salzburg's Altstadt on Sundays in August?
I know that it's fairly common for many places to close on Sunday in Germany and Austria, but since the Mozart festival is going on during August, I'm wondering if places will in fact be open.

I arrived in Salzburg on a Sunday evening in July, and there were still plenty of restaurants open. We got there a little later in the evening, so many of the shops along the Getreidegasse were closed, but the crowds in the streets made me think that they might have been open earlier in the day.
