I am really ashamed to be asking this, as we travel to Rome every December to, well, enjoy the experience of being in foreign country. Having said that, we are from New Orleans and our beloved Saints are in the midst of an undefeated season. We will be in Rome on Sunday December 13 when the Saints play the Hated Atlanta Falcons. Does anybody have any suggestions for where we might be able to watch the game?

I think you'll find Saints all over Rome, although I don't believe there is any statue of Drew Brees....yet.

If the place you are staying has internet you can watch part or all of the game on either ESPN or NFL, one of the sports channels broadcasts the games online.
Hi rjohnsto, NFL is broadcasted in Italy by State television RAI only with digital signal. Raisport+ is the name of the channel and is available free of charge.
Italy is now switching from analogic to digital television signal and Rome sholuld be covered by the new tecnology (the switching is mandatory but the timing is different from one region to another).
Another option is tho watch the live stream on www.rai.it (this is available in Italy only due to transmission rights).
The real problem is that Rai normally broadcasts live only one game each week, so it's almost impossible to predict now if the choosen one is N.O.-Atlanta!
