Modern central ok not great www.booking.com will have info
Building ugly modern communist era rooms
Scala Boutique better cheaper usually or Epoque
My favs there www.otel.com another great cheap booking site
generally you will do better in smaller 30 room hotels put up by western type people who avoid most of the protection tax. If you stay in the big international types you pay a lot for rubbish as they have to pay so much "extra" to the local tax man
Thank you for your information; can you please advise me about food & restaurants in down town, which is the best?
