Rouen Tour Companies
Hello,
Does anyone know of a tour company that offers day trips out of Rouen? I've searched online and haven't found any. DH and I will be staying four days in Rouen in June before traveling to Paris and would like to find a company that offers day tours out of Rouen. In May we spent several days in Bath before traveling to London and were able to visit the Cotswolds on a Mad Max Tour. We have visited the D-Day landings area of Normandy on 2 previous trips so are looking for a tour of Honfleur, Route des Abbayes or other locations. We plan to visit Giverny on our own by train. Thanks for any help you can provide.

When I looked a while ago Honfleur is possible to reach from Rouen by a combination of train and bus. Seemed like it would take a couple of hours to get there. I was hoping to see a little more than just one other town but that might be all we can manage without a tour company or car.

Yes, it probably will take longer by public transportation -- closer to 2 hours than the driving time of about 1 hour. But Honfleur is delightful -- I hope you are able to visit it, and maybe some other places on your wish list, too! For example, you should be able to visit Giverny, changing from train to bus or taxi (or even foot!) in Vernon.
