I will be in Rouen on monday. Have never been there before and want to know whether sights and especially stores will be open that day. I hope some of you more seasoned travellers will know. Thanks

Rouen is a large city, I wouldn't think all stores would be closed for some reason, but I admit I don't know much about Rouen stores. I know the Monoprix is open. But most of the major sites are open, only a few minor things are closed on Mondays in Rouen (like the Gros Horloge if you wanted to go inside, and the antiquities museum and the abbey). They don't have any open-air market on Monday.
