Rome Sweet Home apartment rental
My family of four (including two teenage children) is planning a trip to Rome for a week in mid-March. I have found a two bedroom apartment on Via d'Anima, one street over from the Piazza Navonna, for 420,000L/night through the "Rome Sweet Home" agency. This seems a good location and very reasonable cost. Does anyone have thoughts on, or experience with this location and or company?

Hi Marsha,
Did you ever get any other information about this agency? I found a perfect apt. through them for travel this June but started getting suspicious when there were no reviews. i began looking into it and read many bad reviews and experiences. However, most of those were pretty old. Wondering what if anything has changed. Otherwise, I'm going to steer clear. Thanks.

We rented from them in Feb/Mch 2007. It was our first visit to Rome as a group and we wanted an apartment which provided more than a spare bed by way of put-you-up. We were also with another family of three who made a separate booking with them for an apartment nearby.
It all went well.
The only thing I recall being potentially problematic was that as our flight was delayed we were later getting to our apartment (on Via Ripetto) than we should have been and so the rep was waiting longer for us than he should have been. He happened to mention that he had another three arriving nearby who were waiting. He didn't know that they were with us and he hadn't made any effort to contact them to tell them that he would be delayed. Once we know this we contacted them but they were on the pavement outside with their luggage waitng for someone who wasn't there.
