Rome, second time, birthday anniversary in April

Hi, we plan to visit Rome in April, for my husband's 40 anniversary, this is our second visit to
Rome, so would like to organize something special this time, he also wants to go to some beautiful palace and to see a performance, we will be in Rome from 11/4 till 14/4,

he also would like to book the" angels and demons" tour , any recommendation for a good company which arranges such tours,

If you have any recommendations for:
Romantic places,
Sunday activities,
Restaurants for the romantic dinner,
Evening tours
Concerts in romantic settings

Any additional ideas to help me fill the 4 days from Thursday till Sunday,
