ROME -Need Suggestions for Hotel/B+B 1st 2 wks Oct -

Jump to last reply

Looking for a place in Rome that is central, reasonable and has a little charm.
Anyone have any suggestions?

I'd like to keep it to $100 a night for a single room - hoping to get a weekly rate for 2-week stay - and perhaps a B&B might be more affordable.

I would think I'd want to be a short walk to Piazza Navona, right?
Is Campo Di Flori nearby?

If you can recommend specific places I'd really appreciate it!

- I finally found a Hotel in Venice - Hotel Paganelli. I was finding some B&Bs for $7-800 for the week - this is $1200 - but the reviews are ALL great, it looks beautiful, its right off St. Marco Square so hard to get lost - and you walk off the water-taxi from the airport right into front door.
Last single room so I booked it - free cancellation till end of Aug - if you can top it!

Thanks for your help!
