I'm looking for a convenient place to spend the night before I leave Italy. I will be arriving from Florence via train into Stazione di Roma Termini Station. I am flying out of ROME/FIUMICINO. Ideally, the hotel would have a shuttle option from the train station to the hotel and from the hotel to FCO. I want to be close to FCO, not in Rome central. Any suggestions would be warmly received. Thanks in advance.

Most hotels aren't going to have shuttles to the train station especially in Florence (historic center is very small with the train station at the edge). They will call a taxi for you.
You should list a price range if you want suggestions. Most will advise you not to stay at FCO. There are a few hotels out there with shuttles into the city, but not often.
For a limo service to the airport:

If you don't have an early flight out of Rome on your departure day, do you really need to stay close to the airport? The Leonardo Express train runs from Termini station directly to the airport in 30mins, and operates every 30mins, so is regular enough to get you there with plenty of time. Or the shuttle service kybourbon suggested will suit you just fine and is reliable.
If, however, you are still wanting to stay near the airport, the Hilton Rome Airport is the closest - has a walkway linking it directly to the terminals. Not sure of your budget, so hard to suggest hotels out there.
If you want to be close to Termini, check out Hotel Aberdeen. It is in a safe nabe. It is highly recommended by a very reliable Fodorite who is a flight attendant.
You can take the LE train from Termini right to Fiumicino. It is as easy as pie.
Monti is a very good nabe. I highly recommend Trattoria Monti for lunch or dinner.
Santa Prassede is my favourite church in Rome and is
in this neighbourhood.

I took Leonardo express on my last trip and it worked great. I had to return home urgently so ended up not being able to chamge my hotel Aberdeen reservation (that would be my first choice)-- so stayed at hotel Mariano (***) walked the block to the Roma Termini entrance near Leonardo express and that was that for my early flight out of FCO.
did this in May booked for $69 the Sheraton Roma there South Rome Hotel
Great value took the Metro from Termini station for 1 euro on the
South rim road toward FCO 4 miles from the center
Shuttle to FCO nice bus by hotel 5 euros
