Rome apt help requested - Cappellari Copper - ever stayed there?

Has anyone ever stayed in this apartment? What do you think?

My husband and I will be in Rome for 3 nights in mid-June. Our budget is about 130/140 Euros per night. We love sitting at the Campo de Fiori with coffee in the morning, but will also be going to the Borghese Museum one day and the Domus Romane di Palazzo Valentini another. The rest of the time will be spent wandering, sitting in cafes, visiting the cat sanctuary (DD's request), etc.

I'd love other suggestions of apartments or hotels (although I can't find any hotels in this price range) in the Navona area or nearby if you have them. We don't mind walking up one flight of stairs if there is no elevator, but I have a knee problem which is ruling out some 3rd and 4th floor apartments which look beautiful. Other apartments require a 4 nights stay, and of course some are already booked (like the one we stayed in last summer :( ).
