Rome apartment feedback, please

Jump to last reply

I've been looking for an apartment in Monti for an early November trip, and came across this one. It's not in Monti, and I'm curious if anyone has stayed in this area and what their opinion of it was.

The many transportation options nearby is a plus for me, and I'd like to be optimistic and think it won't be too rainy to use the terrace. Also, I'm traveling with my sis and we need two separate beds (not necessarily bedrooms) and would rather not sleep on a sofabed, which is another plus for this place.

This is our third trip to Rome, and many of the things we'd like to do (and eat) this time seem to be clustered around Monti, the Colosseum and Testaccio (Basilica di San Clemente, Palazzo Valentini, St Peter in Chains, Vinoroma wine tasting, and several pizzerie in Testaccio, to name a few things on the hit list).

Here are a few others that I'm considering. I'm trying to keep it under 650e for 6 nights

Thanks in advance for any feedback or suggestions you may have!
