My husband and I are arriving into Rome FCO airport, and want to immediately take a train to the Cinque Terre. Can anyone recommend which station we should travel to from the Rome airport, from which we will then depart to La Spezia? Thank you!

Hi C,

Go to www.trenitalia.com.
Stay in the Italian section.
Enter "aeroporto fiumicino" and "la Spezia centrale"
You will see that going via Rome Ostiense station is the fastest way.
hey crazy (always wanted to say that to someone!), where are you staying in CT?
Thanks ira! When Trenitalia says "change station" - does this mean we will need to change trains or the train just stops there? Motor City - we want to stay in Vernazza, no firm plans yet.
