Roma Pass, Underground Colosseum tour advice - 3 weeks to go!

Jump to last reply

Hi Foder friends. First, thank you all so much for your posts. I have clocked in countless hours on this site and I could not have planned my upcoming trip without you! I leave in three weeks..first stop Venice, then Florence,Tuscany and finally Rome. First time to Italy and super excited..

From what I've read, I should use the Roma Pass for the Colosseum/Palatine/Forum combo and Borghese for my two free admissions. Also plan on going to Castel Sant Angelo and use the buses. The underground colosseum tour is 8e additional and I'm just wondering if utilizing the pass for the colosseum is the best way to go if I do the underground tour. Do you recommend it and is it worth the 90 minutes?

We'll be in Rome for 3-1/2 days. We get in by train Wednesday early afternoon and have a Twilight walking tour for our first night. Vatican tour is booked for Friday am. Pantheon, Trevi, Spanish Steps and Campo Market are also on our list. Aside from what's listed above, any other recommendations would be most welcome. Thanks!
