Road Trip through Sweden and Norway

Jump to last reply

My family and I would like to visit Norway and Sweden for 2 weeks in July. We would land in Stockholm and would like to self drive through Sweden and Norway. We wish to stay in small hotels and B&B. I have driven across the United States, South Africa and several other countries and although this isn't my first trip to Europe I have never driven a car before. Will driving a car be challenging? Can we do this sort of a trip independently or is it best to pre-book accommodation?

We are vegetarians(no fish) - will food be a problem? What would be a good itinerary for 12-14 days?

We would really appreciate some feedback on this trip. Please feel free to chime in if you live around the area or have recently traveled there.
