Road Trip

We are planning a Campervan Road Trip last two week in July next year Starting in Oostend, driving to Luxemburg, Switzerland, Germany and back through Belgium.

Do you think it is possible to do without booking campsites?
Can anyone suggest any small, friendly, quiet sites (not commercial)?
Places to visit enroute?

Any suggestions appreciated
