Ristoranti/Gelati Suggestions in Italy

Jump to last reply

I'm very excited about our upcoming trip to Italia (next week!) and can't wait to indulge in the food (among other things). I'm trying to do my due diligence now to make sure we have a list of great restaurants, gelaterie, and cafes to try while there. If anybody has any recommendations for particularly yummy places in:
- Rome (I know of San Crispino gelateria by Trevi Fountain and love it - I hope the quality hasn't changed since 9 years ago when I was there last. I also know of a bakery in the Jewish ghetto that serves the best torta di ricotta I've ever had)
- Amalfi Coast
- Florence or in the Chianti region
- Venice
- Belaggio (or other towns in mid Lake Como)

Grazie mille!
