At https://www.rijksmuseum.nl/en/rijksstudio you can view and download (for free!) in high resolution assorted paintings from the Rijksmusem.
You are encouraged to do something with your chosen picture - make a mug, a phone cover, or decorate your car with it. But you can just enjoy it in in great detail on your computer of course.
