Rhine/Danube River Cruise

Anyone along the river cruise from Amsterdam to Vienna have information on the flood areas.
I kown Passau is under water right now.
What about other places.
Thanks.

The Rhine level is quite high though there are no real catastrophes so fart, but ships cannot run. The Danube is a horrible mess, a lot worse than the Rhine, causing big big distress not only to Passau but about everywhere along its shores - the peak of the flood is currently passing Regensburg where they hope that their flood protections will work, everything further downstream is still awaiting that final wave. If you intend to travel during the next week or two, your chances are about zero. Contact your cruise company.

Thanks

I just called Uniworld in LA and got the update of their cruising from Amsterdam.

Does anyone know how the floods are in these locations:

Cologne
Boppard
Rudesheim
Frankfurt
Miltenbur
Wurzburg
Rothenburg on de Tauber
Bamburg
Nuremburg
Regensburg
Passua
Wacha Valley

Vienna

Hopefully someone reading this, lives in one of these places.

Do a Google search for "flooding along Danube river." I found a number of reports there.

Thanks Underhill, I will but I was also hoping to hit someone that actually lives in the areas mentioned.
