We will be in France this coming March, spending 5 days in Paris, and then 6 days in Burgundy, and ending our trip with 3 days in Amsterdam.
We have already booked out trains and would not like to change them. Want thoughts on our Burgundy Itinerary:
March 20) Arrive in Lyon via train @ 8:26am, spend the day in Lyon; night in Lyon
March 21) Rent car in am for day trop to Annecy, and perhaps Perouge on the way back if time permits; night in Lyon
March 22) Day trip to Beaujolais, and drive to Beaune in the evening; night in Beaune
March 23) Beune framers market in the am, and visit to Dijon for the day; night in Beaune
March 24) Drive to Vezelay, Avallon, Noyers, Semur en Axois; night in Auxerre
March 25) Drive to Chablis, Chatillon Sur Seine/Troyes; night in Auxerre
March 26) Day in Auxerre - Departure to Amsterdam by Train at 4:37pm
We tried to plan based on suggestions made in prior posts, as related to time allocated to each village. However, we don't intent to rush to see them all. We really try to focus on enjoying each little village, and take the day as it comes.
Anyone who can help reviewing our itinerary would be fabulous. Any tips and suggestions would be fabulous.
Thank you!

Well,I would avoid Beaujolais unless you like drinking the horrible stuff. Given that you will be at Beaune I would drink Burgundy myself.
If I was driving to Chablis I would also drive a bit north to visit the Abbey as well
