Returning a rental car in Toulouse

I plan on returning a rental car in or around Toulouse on an upcoming trip. If it isn't too inconvenient, I would prefer to avoid the additional fee for dropping it off at the airport or train station. It looks like one option is an office in Ramonville, not too far from a metro stop. Is that a reasonable option? Are there other options I should consider?

Thanks!

In France there is a fee for picking up at an airport or station... there is no fee for dropping a car off though. So drop where convenient.

I'm pretty sure that there is no additional fee for dropping off a car at a train station or an airport. The only train/airport fee is for picking up a car at one of these locations.

My Kemwel & AutoEurope vouchers state "Location & surcharge fee of approx 38.55E for rentals commencing at an airport or railstation location"

While there is no drop off fee in France, some companies such as Hertz may charge you a one way fee if the drop off location differs from the pickup.

Europcar, Sixt, or Citer for example do not charge one way fees with pickup and drop off within France.

Thanks, Sarastro! My reservation is with Hertz and I was concerned about that, but no one-way drop-off fee is listed on the reservation confirmation and - just to be sure - I called them and was told that there would be none. Do you think I can believe that?

I selected Hertz because I get a discount through a professional association, so the quote turned out to be less than with other companies. A substantial drop-off fee would potentially change the balance.
