You are not allowed to import meats or plants or some fruit and vegetables from outside Europe. If you do an internet search you will find a long list of import restrictions for each European country.

Do you mean the EU or Europe or Switzerland? They are not the same.
Please tell us where you land and which countries you wish to visit.

Cereal drinks should be fine as long as they contain zero dairy products.
Instant cup noodles are available in any Swiss supermarket - and even wider choices in Asia shops/supermarkets, so you do not have to bring them with you anyway.

Carrying food with you makes no sense - you can get a broad variety of such snacks - if you really want them - in any sizable town - and avoid toting all that stuff around with you.

Why bring food with you when you can buy it at grocery stores in Europe?? You can buy things like pot noodles in Europe....

The OP is ambiguous about for whom the food is for. If for gift, it would need be something brought in. For personal consumption,there are other options as others noted. While I don't do this, I noted this is not a bizarre behavior as some have wondered. For example, I have seen many(!) American travelers eating COSTCO (a US based membership warehouse store) sized huge snacks on trains. I would rather leave my stomach capacity for local goodies I cannot find at home, but each has his own priorities. I would also not want to carry a 26" or larger luggage partially to carry these mass of US snacks from home.
