For our last visit to Paris, my mom and I splurged on a dinner at 58 Tour Eiffel, which we really enjoyed. We're headed back next month, and while my mom wants to have dinner again at the same restaurant, I'm open to something new. I had read about Le Ciel de Paris, but I see it's closed for renovations.
Our max budget is around E200 total, which I understand excludes some of the nicer places. In any event, we're not huge foodies, so we'll appreciate most anything, and we also don't require more than a glass of wine each.
Thanks for any suggestions!

I haven't been here, but I know it's got the view of the Tour Eiffel:

The sidewalk tables at Bon Acceuil have a view.
There was the Cafe de l'Homme in the museum over on the Trocadero side that has a view of the tower, but it's not a regular restaurant like you may want. Also, I think it's closed right now, you'd have to check on your dates. http://www.restaurant-cafedelhomme.com/
There are a few low-key places over around place du Trocadero that must have decent views. I eat in them occasionally at lunch or breakfast. I can't speak on the food for dinner. The Malakoff is one where I have breakfast, for example,

As you can see, it is a very casual place, really just a cafe/brasserie. Don't think I'd go there for some special dinner, but maybe for a drink on the terrace.
You can try Chez Francis. It's a pleasant enough spot and moderate priced, but I don't know if you can be guaranteed a seat with a view of the tower. http://www.chezfrancis-restaurant.com/
I was going to suggest Chez Francis.
