Restaurant Open on Monday's near Castlemuzio

Hi Everyone,

Just a quick question. We will be staying In an adorable B&B in the small town of Castlemuzio Tuscany when we are on our travels in August, but have realised due to it being a Monday, all the restaurants are closed! Does anyone know of a place nearby we would be able to go for dinner to before returning back to our B&B? We will have a car so we are thinking we would just drive over for dinner.

Thanks!

No, I think you will have to work your way out on google maps, but you are not far from Montepulciano or Pienza so you will not starve.

I would ask the B&B to recommend a place. They must be familiar with local restaurants and their opening times.

I have asked the B&B and all they seem to tell me is everything is closed and I will need to go elsewhere. Thanks though, I had tried that option.

bilboburgler- Thanks we may just go to Pienza.

Much appreciated

Amanda---Conte Matto http://www.contematto.it/en/index.php in Trequanda is open and is excellent. It's about 10-15 minutes from Castelmuzio. Pienza is another option with lots of restaurants and if you're willing to drive to a bit further to Monticchiello, there's an even better restaurant called La Porta. http://www.osterialaporta.it/en/
You're in a very central area to access lots of great restaurants!

Adorable B&B but pretty useless if they cannot suggest a restaurant open on Monday.

Also, how do you you know it is adorable?
