I'm a Canadian with a Canadian-registered camper stored in Europe.
I'd like to switch registration to a European plate, but am looking for a jurisdiction that won't charge me 35% plus in duty to do so.
I understand Andorra is "duty-free".
Anyone reading this living there?
Do you know if I can register it there as a non-resident, or know which department I could contact for info ?
Thanks,
Frank.
