Does anyone know for sure if when buying tickets for the Secret Itineraries Tour if the reduced fare for the "Over 65" is just for EU citizens or whether non-EU citizens can get the discount. Thanks!

I didn't know what Secret Itineraries Tours were so googled it. They have a contact form so why not send it with your question (If this is, in fact, the correct website).
http://www.tickitaly.com/tickets/contact-tickitaly.php
That's a ticket broker so the tickets cost more from them, but since actual site doesn't have a contact form I asked this site my question. For anyone else interested the reduced fares DO include non- EU citizens (yea!). But they specifically mentioned that this is not the case for Colesseum and Florence museums.
Thanks for the suggestion Mme Perdue!
jgg - here's the official website:
http://palazzoducale.visitmuve.it/en/pianifica-la-tua-visita/secretitineraries/
it refers to reductions for "citizens over 65". I checked the italian website and it uses exactly the same word, and doesn't define it further.
I suggest booking as a senior citizen [which is a common phrase in europe for describing anyone of 65 or over] and taking some proof of age.
the worst that can happen is that they will make you pay full price when you get there.
have a great trip.
