I understand that there is great white water rafting in the northern part of Spain. Specifically, around the Port-Aine area. Has anyone done this? Was it worth the effort in getting there? I am travelling with my wife and 2 kids (12 and 15). Also, I have searched and searched and can't seem to find a site to register. Does anyone have a link to make a reservation?

You can check ePyrenees (www.epyrenees.com) for more information. More white water rafting is done on the French side of the Pyrenees but there are some great places on the Spanish side, including Aragon and Catalunya. Port-Ainé in the Catalan Pyrenees (Noguera Pallaresa) is a main destination for rafters, and yes, it's worth a trip, the countryside is simply amazing.

Don't know if this is near, but my son has been looking for summer rafting possibilities, and found this place (email address included on website)

You might be able to find more with a google search, because rafting in Spanish is "rafting". good luck.
