Quiet Friday Night Dinner w/Friends in Bloomsbury Area London - Any Recos?

Jump to last reply

I will be meeting close friends/relatives this Friday evening in London and we plan on a dinner out in the Bloomsbury area. I have found several interesting places, recommendations by others but none seem to meet my prime requirement, i.e. a QUIET spot where we can catch up in each other's lives over so many years. Food should be good but is really not as important as the ambience. We like most any foods, save seafood (although fish is excellent) and we tend to shy away from the Indian cuisine. ANY recommendations would be greatly appreciated!!

Thanks in advance for urgent replies!!!
