Questions about Ireland

Is it possible to see the Jameson Distillery, St.Michan's Church, the National Museum St.Patrick's Cathedral, and Christ Church on the first day? We will be arriving on a international flight around 8am. If not, which church would be better not to see Christ Church or St.Patrick's?

For rental car purposes is getting the Super Collision damage waiver worth it?

Is Blarney castle worth seeing? How much could a cab from Dublin airport to the city center cost? Are american credit cards easy to use over there?

How many euros should we plan on spending for lunch and dinner each day. We don't plan on eating at any expensive gourmet restaurants. What are some good stores to shop at in each place? We were planning on getting tea towels, celtic crosses, carvings and things like that. I appreciate all the help and suggestions.
