question re: organized tour to St Petersburg off of cruise ship

We leave Wednesday for an Oceania cruise with 3 nights stopped in St Petersburg. We already have our private tour through Esperance booked for our 3 days in St Petersburg. I got my final documents for everything and just a quick question. From Esperance for our days in St Pete's they sent us two TOUR TICKETS that list our names, ship, dates and times that our excursions start and end each day (as we return to the ship each evening). Is this all we will need? Do we not need some kind of "Visa Letter" or does this ticket basically give all the necessary info. There is nothing on there with our passport info.
Thanks for your help!

When we visited St. Petersburg from a cruise, the tour company took care of the visa. (We were with Ala Tours.) We presented the tour tickets and our passports at immigration. If you are uncertain, I'd recommend double checking with your tour company.

Have a wonderful time!

We also had 2-day tours with Alla in SP and they take care of the visa stuff. Just be sure to take your tickets and passport thru the immigration post in the port building. The first day can take a while for everyone to get thru immigration as they take your photo. The following day(s) thankfully go much faster.

Thanks, I know they are taking care of the visa for us. We have the tickets and passports so it sounds like that is all we need to get through immigration.
Thanks!

<in a tired semi-inebriated voice> Well, they are not takin care of your visa for you. You are visiting visa-free under what they call a visa-free regime, which is triggered by the fact that you arrive by ship AND stay for less than 72 hours AND attend an organized tour. They are just holding their part of the deal, providing you with eviden e that you do indeed qualify for visa-free.
But the bottom line is yes, that's all you need.
