At one point during my visit to Turkey, I plan to fly from Istanbul IST to Izmir ADB, then continue by train to Selçuk. From research, I know that upon arrival at Izmir ADB, I need to walk to the airport rail station, in front of the international terminal (Diş Hatlar). My question for anyone familiar with ADB airport: Are there clear signs that will lead me to the rail station? Thanks for any help.
Question: Izmir to Selçuk

This is very easy to reach from airport to train station, only takes a few minutes by walking. But l do not know whether you will find the train to Selcuk when you land. Because there are not a lot trains, just a few times in a day. If there will be no train, take a bus from airport to bus station, departs every 10 minutes from airport. There are two options, private company bus costs 10 Turkish Lira or local bus costs 2 Turkish Lira departs every 15-20 minutes. When you reach to bus station, you can find the local buses about 10 Turkish Lira
I d not remember signs t the train statin but yu can ask the airpry personnel or the security and they will point you in the right direction.
do not go to izmir city for any reason. It is 30 k in the other direction and with lots of traffic. If you have to take the local bus, get off at the Izmir-Aydin junction and try to flag a bus going towards Selcuk or Kusadasi.
check the train schedule on the web at TCDDY or Devlet demir yollari.
I'm not sure if you are completely opposed to driving or not, but I thought I would throw it out there that the drive from Izmir's airport to Selcuk could not be more easy. The roads were well maintained, and it was a very pleasant 40 minute or so drive. Just for consideration...

Hi there, I am getting married in Sirince and stay in Selcuk every summer. Instead of taking the train, fly Atlas Jet (Usually around $50 one-way out of IST) to Izmir. Atlas Jet has a free shuttle right to several spots in Selcuk. It is a lot easier and the drive is beautiful. The shuttle runs on time and there are never any hassles.
I fly the same route (IST-ADB) and am telling all of our wedding guests to fly Atlas Jet because of their great shuttle. www.atlasjet.com
You can have the shuttle drop you off right in front of the city center (they don't allow cars, buses, etc. there) and if you are staying at a hotel in town, it is common for the owner to meet you at the bus stop.
A little of the point, but many tourists go to Pamucak beach, but take a minibus to Dilek National Park. They have a beach there and since it is a national park they have abundant wildlife. We actually had wild boars running through when we went there and I love to look at Greece while I'm standing on the beach.
Happy travels!
