Question for anyone who has lived in Prague

Jump to last reply

Hi! I will be visiting Prague in late June. I will be arriving from Budapest, and would really like to take the night train (EN476 Metropol), which means I would arrive at 4:30 in the morning. I would love to find a place to watch the sun rise, or an early place for breakfast, or explore any small suggestion I may have. I prefer not to trespass or put myself at undue risk, as a general rule.

My question - is this a crazy idea, to arrive so early in the morning? It looks like I would have the option of getting off the train at Praha Hlavni Nadrazi, or at Praha Holesovice. I am staying at Little Quarter Hostel and Hotel (Mala Strana). It's unclear if I'll be able to store my backpack before check-in, so I'm assuming I will have it with me until later in the morning.

If you were up in the area that early, what would you suggest doing (or not doing!)

Thank you!
