Question about Bateaus Les Vedettes du Pont Neuf company (Paris)

I ordered their internet tickets for a night cruise two days ago. The tickets never came up on screen to print, I didn't get an email from them however the transaction went through my bank. I have emailed and they have not responded. The phone number provided on their website is not in service. Does anyone have any information about how I can go about getting in touch with them?

Did you click on the link at the bottom of the page to go back and print your tickets?

I would dispute the charge on your credit card and order the tickets again.

I haven't done that, so it isn't clear to me how it works -- it sounds like you got a link right on the page when you ordered, and not in an email? It could be some browser incompatibility, I know some email programs won't let you click on links by default, also, which is why I wondered if this were email.

But sometimes with the computer, funny things can happen, such as part of an order going through but somehow the end part not (I presume this company sends you a confirmation email if you buy something).

This seems obvious, but you are clear on how to telephone a number in France from where you are? For example, you wouldn't use the full number on their website, you drop the zero of the "area code" when calling from outside France (in fact, they shouldn't be listing it that way, I don't think that's the way you'd even call it from UK). YOu only use 9 digits when calling from abroad, you use the full 10 digits (including leading zero) when calling from within France, so if you aren't in France, you'd call from the US 011-33-1-46-33-98-38

Otherwise, if that wasn't the issue, they do say they have a Facebook page, you could try that.
