Question about Alsa Bus from Cordoba to Granada

Question about Alsa Bus from Cordoba to Granada
We will be in Madrid, Toledo, and Andalucía in September, and we are planning on traveling primarily by train. However, because there isn't a direct high speed train from Cordoba to Granada, I am thinking of taking the Alsa bus from Cordoba to Granada. Does anyone know if these buses have a bathroom?
I have been on the Alsa Bus website and BusBud website, and it's a little confusing about which buses have bathrooms. And it seems like I can't email Alsa directly to get an individualized response. I contacted Alsa through their website Frequently Asked Questions section, and I received an automated generic response: "Vast majority of normal class buses destined for large routes have a bathroom. All our buses in Supra Class & Eurobus have a bathroom." There seems to be only one Supra Class bus on this route, but it doesn't leave Cordoba until 2PM. We prefer to leave Cordoba at 11AM, but that bus is a Normal bus. Does anyone know what Alsa Bus considers as large routes?
I emailed BusBud, and they told me that SOME Alsa buses do not have bathrooms on trips shorter than 4 hours. How do I find out if the bus I want to take does have a bathroom? The trip is 2 hours and 45 minutes. I get thirsty easily and drink a lot of water, so it would be nice to have a bathroom on the bus.
Am I better off booking the bus through Alsa or BusBud?
Has anyone taken the train to Granada from Cordoba, which I know means taking the train to Antequera, getting off there, and then taking a bus to Granada?

I assume the train from Cordoba to Antequera had a bathroom, right? Did you have to walk far with luggage from the train station to where you got on the bus at Antequera? How long was the entire trip from Cordoba to Granada?

Here are my old notes from our trip a couple of years ago. Sounds like construction is still going on from Antequera to Granada. The big bus was waiting for us, just a few steps outside the very modern Antequera train station. Don't remember if the Cordoba-Antequera train had bathrooms.
My old notes here:
• Lv Cordoba @ 13:30 arriving Granada 16:10. Note: this is the fastest train; earlier trains take much longer
• <<train route under construction, perhaps not available, but the train leaves at 13:30, arrives Granada 16:10 one change (14:16 arr Antequera; leave at 14:40) – note: because of construction, Renfe may put us on a bus
