puglia - gallipoli

Hi, sorry if this is easily available somewhere else and I have missed it. I will be in Puglia in late August / early September. The last time I was there, I recall having a wonderful experience having a raw fish aperitivo at the Gallipoli fish market in the late afternoon. Do any of you happen to know whether that happens every day (in season) or whether it has days off? Although being in Gallipoli on a Sunday and Monday make the most sense for my current itinerary, I'd maybe go out of my way to be there on a day when the nice aperitivo (and the morning market for that matter) is achievable otherwise.

Thanks a lot.
