Public Transport information App/Website
Hello All,
Can someone please provide information of website/app which I can use which I am travelling to the below cities.
1.Amsterdam
2.Brussels
3.Rome
4.Florence
5.Venice
6.Paris.
Just an example, I found this amazing website for Amsterdam https://9292.nl which helps me all public transport info with walk maps as well.
I know Google maps is an option but if there is a city specific app/website then that would help.
Any other ideas for travelling within any city would also help.
Thanks for you help in advance.

Before we went to Paris two years ago, we downloaded a couple of apps specifically for Paris. We found that neither of them was as helpful as google maps. Google maps tells you not only which metro stop to get off at, it also tells you which exit to use to get to your destination - very important information. I think every European city has an app for public transport. It's just a matter of whether it gives you all of the information you want.

Worldwide: http://metro.nanika.net/
Works offline, once you've downloaded the data for your cities. The iPhone version is significantly better than the Android one (it shows all the intermediate stations).

For all of the Netherlands, train, bus tram, metro you can use 9292.nl/en. There is also an app for it.
You could also look at the Here Transit app. It works offline once you have downloaded the maps. That will cover everywhere you are visiting.

I second CityMapper for Paris. I've already saved many of the restaurants and locations on it here, so when we arrive in May, I'll be able to use it to get everywhere.
for Paris, with wifi or other data connection, you will get the best times by walking, velib, taxi, bus, metro, tram, or combinations of metro/bus/tram etc. and the times. For the metro, it gives you arrival times of the next train, and how long it takes you.
It also has an option for teleporting that takes no time at all. That part is still in design.
