My old friend Patricia Wells (www.patriciawells.com/cooking-classes/) offers a cooking classe in Provence, but the classes are typically booked months in advance. In fact, in checking the schedule, she's completely booked through 2015.

You can check Active Gourmet Holidays (http://www.activegourmetholidays.com...ng-in-provence) and Cuisine de Provence (www.cuisinedeprovence.com) to see if they may have what you're looking for.

If you are interested in a plebeian day class, I signed up to take a St-Remy market day cooking class at Mas de Cornud last year:

http://www.mascornud.com/seasons.html?page=cooking

They are no longer an inn, but still hold cooking classes. The husband does the booking and while he said the market day class rarely canceled, my class got canceled a week before and refunded me the full payment. I was very disappointed. The "send request" link was not working last year. It sent mail via gmail, but their functional email was live.com as noted at the bottom of the page.

I'd sign up to a cooking class here:

Here is the calendar with prices: http://www.la-mirande.fr/mga_client/...7a44af59en.pdf

Fallen in love with that place!

There are more and new cooking classes in St Remy.
You can check this nice blog where you can find several choices.
And classes that will accomodate couple only.
Hope this will help
