Since we're not driving this year, my wife and I are looking into private driven tours of Dingle and Beara.
In Dingle, I see the choices as Moran's Slea Head Tours, Sciuird Archeological Tours (small groups), and Diarmuid Begley Taxi. We drove ourselves around the Slea Head Loop last year, but Sciuird tempts us to do it again. Depending on what we may hear from you all, we will probably just ask Begley to show us Conor Pass for about 40E. On another day we may cab it to Slea Head and walk back - about eleven miles, if they're easy ones.
Beara Cabs will take us from Castletownbere to Healy Pass for 30E per hour. (How long a drive IS it?) On another day, we think we'll hike either to Eyeries or to Allihies and back. They both appear to be pretty easy, no?
What do you think? And are there other options? Should just ask our b&bs
for recommendations for non-professional drivers?
