Pre-Cruise Civitavecchia Hotel w/FCO transfers. Any suggestions?

I am looking for a clean (double room) hotel (near Civitavecchia Cruise Port for pre-cruise stay. Budget NTE $150/night. I would prefer if FCO shuttle even if surcharge applies. Any recommendations?
